All Yoga, Breathwork , Meditation  and Reiki classes are available through live video conferencing.

Private in person classes are designed with your specific needs in mind and available upon request.

Small group in person sessions are not available at this time.

7 Weeks to Healthy Habits

My 7 Weeks to Healthy Habits Lifestyle Program gives you the 7 key strategies you need to adopt to reach your goals… quickly and easily. Throughout this study I will also be integrating experience, wellness, spirituality, and perspectives from Scripture.


Here’s a quick look at what will be covered:

· How to start your day off the right way to rev your metabolism

· Finding time to exercise, and why it doesn’t have to be hours a day

· Staying hydrated throughout the day, and ideas to make it more appealing

· Stocking up on healthy snacks, and eating on the go

· How a little planning ahead sets you up for success

· The importance of adequate sleep for health and weight loss

· The benefits of mindful eating, and how to begin

Walking in Confidence

During this 13 Week Lifestyle Study you will have the information and tools you need to be on your way to reaching your goals by making gradual, healthy, and reasonable changes in your eating and daily activity. Even small changes can have big rewards for your health.


This program’s format is based on getting back to some basics and building on those basics. There are no tricks, short cuts or quick fixes when it comes to sound nutrition and your health. This program is designed to take you through a step-by-step process to allow you to implement new habits, avoid overwhelm and get you well on your way to reaching your goals.  Throughout this study I will also be integrating experience, wellness, spirituality, and perspectives from Scripture.

Reiki Energy Healing

The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei” (universal) and “ki” (life energy). Reiki is a type of energy healing.


Energy healing targets the energy fields around the body.

Energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or possibly emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness.


Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Improving the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.


Reiki has been around for thousands of years. Its current form was first developed in 1922 by a Japanese Buddhist called Mikao Usui.

It is commonly referred to as palm healing or hands-on healing.

In this 30-Day Jump Start to Health Program, I walk you through a step-by-step process for discovering how to eat and exercise for your body and your life so you can lose weight and keep it off.  Worldwide access to this online program!


Meditation/Restorative Yoga

This sequence begins with a seated meditation for about the first 15 -20 minutes which will help ease you into a meditative state before practicing the restorative poses. Finding a restful, meditative state is as easy as following a few steps with the goal being to gradually lengthen the spaces between thoughts. We move into gentle restorative poses utilizing blankets, bolsters and blocks to assist the body in draping into the poses and relaxing the muscles deeply.

Thai Massage

Thai Massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension, and balance the body’s energy systems. Thai massage is practiced fully clothed. Thai massage typically works with compression — rhythmic pressing movements directed into muscle tissues by either the hand or fingers. Thai massage can take place on a mat on the floor or on a massage table, with the client wearing loose or stretchy clothing like yoga gear. There is constant body contact between the therapist and the client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched, and rocked. moving your body into various stretches and positions, without any work on your part. Thai massage can be both relaxing and energizing.


Improve Energy & Posture

This short sequence will provide you with a natural boost of energy when you feel drained or fatigued. It’s great to perform upon waking in the morning or when you need to get focused and energized later in the day.

Legs up the Wall

This sequence focuses on the connective tissues around your hamstrings for increased flexibility in your lower body and will target your legs which can become overly stiff due to prolonged sitting. This sequence is also a great way to improve the range of motion in your hips while also freeing up your lower back and inner groin. These hip openers might also stimulate the liver, kidney and gallbladder meridians, plus the root and sacral chakras.


Full Body Strength Training/Yoga Breathe

This one hour routine is set to improve full body strength while moving through various yoga poses enabling your to endure holding poses for that much longer all the while strengthening upper, core and lower body. You will feel the burn with this one! But it is well worth it!

Prenatal/Restorative Yoga

Prenatal restorative yoga focuses on posture, breathe and what your body can do as it changes with the growth of your baby! This class gives the participant the opportunity to use props (bolsters, cushions, blocks and straps) to help the changing body shape to comfortably and effectively move in and out of poses carefully designed for the prenatal stages. Hands on assists and light thai massage are available to those who wish for a deeper relaxation and restorative session.


Chakra/Heart Opener

These poses will open up your chakras one by one, starting from the root chakra at the base of the spine and going all the way up to the crown chakra at the top of the head. Feel and visualize the rise of energy through your chakras as you hold these poses. This is a meditative sequence that includes two seated meditations for introspection and reflection. Also included is a short sequence that will provide you with a natural boost of energy when you feel drained or fatigued. It’s great to perform upon waking in the morning or when you need to get focused and energized later in the day.

Mala Flow

A mala evokes any circular, cyclical form. In this practice, a mala is the devoted offering of repeated cycles (typically in divisors of 108) of mantra or yoga asana. We start in seated mediation, then go through two different cycles of sun salutations repeating the first salutation 7 times and the second salutation 2 times, ending in corpse. In all, there are 108 asanas (poses) in the sequence to complete the Yoga Mala Flow.
